How do I change my payment method if my refund gets returned?

Would you please clarify what you mean. Did your refund get rejected from your bank or is this question about a TurboTax fee?

Yes, my refund was rejected by my bank because the names didn’t match on the account and refund. I just want to know will I still receive my refund and how will I receive it?

The IRS will mail a check for the federal tax refund to the address on your tax return.
