To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Or -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2023 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

Did you already file your 2023 tax return? If so, why are you filling out Form 2210 now? Form 2210 has to be attached to your tax return. You cannot file it separately.

Did you receive an IRS notice telling you to fill out Form 2210? If so, follow the instructions in the notice for what to do with the form.

If you are filling out Form 2210 on your own initiative, and you have already filed your tax return, you have to file an amended return and attach the Form 2210.

You can fill out Form 2210 in TurboTax. Follow the instructions that DoninGA gave you to get to your tax return. Then type "penalty" (without the quotes) in the Search box and click the link that says "Jump to penalty." Or go to Federal Taxes > Other Tax Situations and under Additional Tax Payments click the Start or Update button for "Underpayment penalties."
