Hi I put on taxes raise/bonus and put take out dedication for medical that's already on w2 how do I go back to that section in the amended form

You can revisit the section needed to make changes by using the topic search feature in TurboTax Online. On the left-hand side go to Tax Tools>Tools >Topic Search or Topic List. Then type the section or form that you need to update in the search box and click Go.

you should not need to adjust anything on your W-2 for medical expenses reported  - the W-2 as is probably already reflects correct tax reporting.

If you mean that you deducted health insurance payments as a medical deduction that were already included on your Form W-2, 

You can edit medical expenses in the Deductions and Credits section, from the left menu. 

1. Scroll down to Medical and click on Show More
2. Click on Start or Revisit for Medical Expenses
3. It will ask question about different types of medical expenses
