Do you mean your 2019 return? See this

Tax refund delayed? IRS still has millions of 2019 returns to process (cnbc.com)

Or do you means 11 weeks since you filed your 2020 return? In either case, Accepted means received for processing. It is not the same as Approved, which is a later step. Also see:
