@Mm79 Do u have a deposit date or are u getting the message we are all getting about being eligible but no date is provided?
so has anyone received a date yet whom submitted their bank acct info on the 15
i’m getting the same message as everyone else but my supervisor did hers last week and got a date for the 30 when the system updated
no date yet
I did enter my payment info BEFORE noon on a Tuesday over 2 weeks ago...still no update on payment date
This is not accurate. We put our information in on April 15 at 7:00am and it's now April 29 and it's still saying:
"You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.
We will deposit your payment to the bank account below". So if this post were true we would have received it this past Saturday, but we did not.
Anybody who is now scheduled to get their payment on the 30th get it today? I “didn’t”, but was just wondering
I finally received an April 30th payment date, but as of April 29th nothing has been posted to my bank account, no sign of payment pending either. Fingers crossed it'll appear on the 30th.
IRS: Once we have your payment date.
Me: Dear IRS, I understand how hard it is for your software to determine a date. God knows, it not as simple as choosing a date at random. Much analysis must go into a careful review process. However, in order to save this country much CPU cycle expense, I have carefully determined the date: TODAY. (It's in all-caps so your computer can understand it).
I got mines at 6am this morning
@tcnesham Yes! I wish they would figure it out. It’s really frustrating we did like we were told on the 15. Seems like if you did it any day after that they have their date and or money. Wonder if they ever even got it 🤷🏻♀️
I submitted my direct deposit information on April 18, 2020. I still haven't received my direct deposit or a date of when I will receive the payment. Can anyone assist me in understanding why? I see there are people here with the same problem.
Two weeks to the day and still no change whatsoever. Stimulus package: succeeds in theory and fails utterly in implementation. The sum total of the American government right there. On a different note though, the IRS has recalled some 10,000 employees back to work as early as Monday. Hopefully they’ll be there to man the phones! Course, they’re being expected to bring their own PPE, so there’s that! This whole thing is a logistical fluster-cluck. I understand that things happen and complications arise, but still... people should not be getting checks before those of us who used the payment portal the first or second day it became available. If there’s no update by this Saturday, first thing Monday I’m gonna sit at home with my roommate and alternate calls til someone picks up the phone and explains to me exactly wtf is going on!
I updated my direct deposit info as soon as the tool was available. I know several people who used other tax preparers and updated their information after I did but already got paid. Yet mine still says You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page. What is really going on? So many paper checks have been sent out too. It seems everyone who used TurboTax is being poo’d on. Are they doing new direct deposits based on AGI? Like if you weren’t getting mailed a paper check until June, that’s when you’ll see the direct deposit? To think this is all because we used TurboTax... 🤦🏼♂️
