Has anyone received the message, ‘You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.” when they view the stimulus tracker? [Tax Year 2019]

Absolutely no change. Updated April 16th ant a thing has changed since. No possible way to notify anyone of the issue or obtaining answers. If their not gonna send the $&@!ing stimulus the least they could do is send me a bottle of scotch and a handgun. #haventeatenin6days #redifininghangry 😁

For all of you stating you have not received stimulus payment date yet, would you please say whether your return is still processing/under review? I just want to see if there’s a pattern. I have not received economic impact payment yet and my return has been under review for over 60 days. Boy does this suck.

@dfg5133 - there is a pattern I've seen many, many posts where individuals state their 2019 tax return has been accepted, it has not been completely processed and they don't have their stimulus.  further the portal says "payment status not available"

this is from a IRS FAQ:

Payment Status Not Available – We cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time. For example, you didn’t file either a 2018 or 2019 tax return, or you recently filed and the return has not been fully processed.

@dfg5133 I dont think so. My friends and my parents have not even filed 2019 and they received a date for their stimulus payment

@NCperson my status says I am eligible though, I just don’t have a date.

@cboutros7 thanks for the response. I believe if you didn’t file your 2019 taxes by a certain time then they based your economic impact payment off of 2018’s tax return.

@dfg5133 - then just sit tight; i am sure that will work out in short term

@NCperson thanks for the info. Yes, I updated on April 16th. I believe I read somewhere where everyone should’ve had a date by today...

@dfg5133 @cboutros7 - but so far, from 100's of posts I've read, it appears the IRS is processing off the 2019 tax return.  I do not believe I've seen a single post where someone stated they filed 2018, didn't file 2019 and received the stimulus

I suspect they will eventually send out stimulus for those who didn't file 2019 but did file 2018, but it's bnot occurring yet,
