Got charged for premium or deluxe

My refund was supposed to be 300 but I only got back 153. I DIDNOT WANT TO use premium and or deluxe and it would not let me continue unless I payed for one of them with I still said no and continued to the free of charger turbo tax but yes some how I still got charged for premium or one of the payed ones and only got 153$ back.... I'm very very very disappointed and upset with TurboTax......

Sorry but as an adult using the DIY  income tax program  it is your resposible to read and understand the screen directions presented to you.  The requirement to upgrade was explained as you came to those screens and you had the option to refuse the upgrade to complete an inaccurate return.  The refund processing service was also explained to you and you had to agree to that service not once but twice even if you did not actually read the contract you signed.    You could have stopped at any time and walked away  but once the online fees are technically "paid" they are not refundable. 

In the future, no matter which DIY program you use they all have this refund processing option for a stated price.
