How do I check the money on my card

The Turbo Card app/site is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.

That's not even working. I'm a single mom, who bartends and waitress, no child support. I need this 1700. I have pretty much 500 bucks left too my name. I'm ready too bull my hair out!!

The app isn’t working and the # on back of the card it took away the option to check for balance... it just talks about stimulus and hangs up!

FYI I did the Stimulus payment checker on IRS.gov and I had to put in new banking info. So I would check there
