I submitted my federal and state taxes online on March 31 this year. Both were balance due returns. I received email from TT within a day that the returns were filed and were pending. I have received no status updates since. Should I be worried?

After you e-filed you should have received several emails.
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
And....you say you had tax due for federal and state. Did you pay your tax due? TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid, and will always just show in your account that the returns you prepared using the software showed tax due. Your only proof that you paid will be your own bank or credit card record.
I received only the email that said my returns were filed. I did not get an email that said my returns were accepted or rejected.
