Filed Electronically 3/15/20 IRS has no record of taxes

I filed my taxes 3/15/20 electronically with Turbo Tax. The return was accepted by the IRS. The IRS2Go showed it received in progress. Then comes January 1, 2021 and they now have no record of it. I’ve spent hours on the phone on hold last year and the only time I could get someone they said it should be in progress. Now I attempt to file electronically my 2020 and it gets rejected using the 2019 AGI. My tax return is simple nothing complex, no investments just basic income. At this point I remailed in my 2019 taxes with a letter explaining. Any suggestions or ideas? If my taxes have this issue someone else must share my misery.

When trying to file for this year, please try to use 0 for your AGI.  Here is also a Help Article in which you can follow to obtain your AGI as well.  

As far as last year's return, since it was sent to the IRS, you will need to reach out to them concerning, since we would have no information once it was transmitted.  Please see the Help Article here for further assistance.
