Filed 1/24 TT says it accepted WRM shows processing. When I called the IRS I was told they have record of a return Filed and to resubmit. What should I do?

If the IRS WMR shows your tax return is processing and they told you they have a tax return filed, what was the reason given for you to resubmit the same tax return? If they have the tax return in their hands and filed, then there should be no reason to submit that same return.

You will need to contact the IRS for further information in this matter. Please see this TurboTax FAQ here for assistance.

I meant to say they told they couldn't see my return and that it wasn't even in the system

If the return is processing, they will not have a record of it until it is processed.

Please keep an eye on the Where's My Refund website for an update. @ddragonwhisper
