Expert assist after using the desktop version

I receive a K1(1065) and some of the information is hard to figure out where to put them. If I use the desktop version and later get stuck and just want an expert assist on this form:

1) how will I be charged?

2) Will the expert know enough about 1065 since I read from reddit that expert don't necessary know about a particular form that you need help with?
