Error code when printing from Turbo tax

I've completed 2 returns but when trying to print from the PRINT NOW, Only 11 pages print.  I have saved to PDF, see the complete documents but the same error occurs.  I updated my printer firmware (HP MFP 281fdw) but still have the same error message which is ERROR undefined result OFFENDING COMMAND: show STACK.  This happens at the point when the state of NJ return starts to print - only get the filing info page.

Sounds like a printer issue.  Have you reached out to HP or checked their website/forums for this error?

I spent 45 minutes trouble shooting this with an Intuit rep.  we determined it's not the printer.  When hitting the PRINT icon, all pages of the federal tax return print including the banner page for state.  The first page of NJ state return won't print and the same happens in the PDF doc although I can see each page - neither will any other.  I opened last years Turbotax and everything printed ok.  I did find a work around.  I imported the PDF into a word document and was able to print the state pages.  Turbo tax initiated an update, but the same problem exists.

Yep, just another wonderful TurboTax product.  Every year it just continues to get worse.  

Cannot print the city return due to this error.  And it is NOT the printer, this is YOUR PDF WRITER.
