My federal tax return was rejected by the IRS because several of the payers' TINs were said to be incorrect. But all the numbers are correct! What to do? Has anyone else had this problem?

I have all the EINs. They were on the 1099Rs I received. And I entered them correctly in the Turbotax program, but my return still got rejected by the IRS. I'm trying to understand why and what I can do about it.
