UPDATE!

I recieved my fed direct deposit this morning, filed eitc and child tax credit return was accepted 2/11 transcripts showed today for direct deposit date I had fees held out by turbo tax.  And the IRS website is still on one bar, so it is not updating correctly.

Checked my transcript this morning. Release date is 2/24. My return with EITC was accepted the 10th.

I was accepted n February 10 still no update. Don’t understand how some people in the same situation as others are getting refunds. I’ll  never understand it

Mine too has been accepted as of 02/09 or 02/10, but no updates on WMR, has anyone with EITC received their refund yet?

I filed 2/1 and accepted on 2/11 and have not had an update on transcripts or WMR. 

Facebook forum and igotmyrefund.com has a ton of people from 2/10 and 2/11 acceptance dates that have no updates on anything.  

Some path act people with all credits have gotten there's though but its sporadic . I think this proves this year is a cluster mess and them delaying the irs start date to reprogram their system didn't help at all. 

Funny thing is Irs twitter page took down the tweet about W,R being updated on 2/22. Proof they have no clue what's going on this year and have no control over their own system.

I suggest calling the Where's My Refund automated hotline instead: 1-800-829-1954; you may have a better chance of getting your refund status this way. 

If you're still unsuccessful in getting your refund status, just remember that Covid-19 continues to cause delays in some of the IRS processes.  I would suggest checking back periodically.

Apparently the irs received 20 million tax returns on February 12 and has only processed 14 million so far. Explains why a lot of people are still waiting

I filed 1/14/21. My return was accepted 2/10/21 but I'm still in one bar and Santa Barbara Bank hasn't received my refund yet. I'm getting worried. I've never had an issue before. I'm praying in the morning things change. 🙏🏽
