E file status says pending

OK.... so, I'm on the other side of the acceptance part, my return was rejected, both Fed and State, TT still says PENDING... I am looking into how i can reach TT corporate.  Please for the integrity of your product, will you get IT to run reports on your product and fix the glitch. I've used TT for many years with little to no issue.   My money will be better spent on a product whose IT coders are maintaining quality standard to the paying customers or I will no longer support your product.

after i received the email, which indicated both Fed and State were rejected, I went back into the return I fixed the issue and tried to resubmit and e file the return but could not because it never came out of pending in TT. Which is the issue.  It has been pending for 3 weeks. Please do not send loop around responses which only add to the level of inadequacy of TT support.  Please provide real time solutions. This is not an isolated issue.

Problem number 2, the below instructions did not display when i opened the return. However, I still found the error and fixed it.  But the status never changed. nor was i able to resubmit the return and e-file.

 

This did not happen:

Once you’ve opened your return in TurboTax, the details about what needs updating will be displayed.
 
From there we can walk you through making the updates you need and help you e‑file your return. If it isn’t possible to e‑file your return, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to print and file your tax return by mail.
