I completed my tax return and received the emails from TurboTax stating that it'd been accepted by both the Federal and my state. However, later in the week I received an email to start the process of my taxes. I clicked the link, thinking it would bring me to my account and show that I already had my taxes complete and show my documents. To my disbelief, it has no record of my 2020 taxes and is trying to walk me through the entire process again. I have my 2020 return saved on my computer (thankfully) but can I be assured this was actually sent in and accepted? I got the confirmation for being initially sent late the 11th and got my confirmations early the next week that they'd been accept by the institutions. Please help ease my anxiety!

Wow. No one here in the forum would have access to your filing information. Please contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours for assistance. Use the info in the TurboTax FAQ linked below.
I'd strongly advise against clicking on a link in an email. There are so many phishing scams out there! Please don't enter any personal information into the "program" that you opened using that link.
