I’m waiting also.
What about Bank of America?
Still waiting
I know they sent my state ($2) last week a day or 2 early. The federal said expect it July 28th, but if it’s not there by the 2nd of August, call my bank. Why?!?!? Didn’t bite ur finger to send the $2. Smh. They do what they want when they want. Selfish.
Nothing

I see you have 5 short comments. This is a user community forum that works like a bulletin board. It's not instantaneous like a chat room.
Does this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say that they sent your refund? Is that where you got the July 28 date?
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures and times. But it usually doesn't take that long.
However, there may be another link in the chain that you can check in the meantime if you used the following service:
Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund? If so, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.) If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS has actually released the funds, we can tell you how to check on the funds at the level of the intermediary company (SBTPG) using SBTPG's refund lookup tool. If that's your situation, choose the "For Taxpayers" portal at this page:
Then choose Step 2: "Check with TPG."
NOTE: If you did not use that service to pay fees out of your Federal refund, then this will not apply to you.

An electronic deposit can be received any time of day, but a lot of banks process ACH electronic deposits overnight in the wee hours such as around 3 AM or 4 AM. See the longer answer I left you a few minutes ago with something else you can check if you chose to pay any TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund.

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees paid out of your Federal refund, and if the IRS has released the funds, here's how you can check on the funds at the level of the third-party company SBTPG that handles that process to take out your fees.
Here's how you can use SBTPG's refund lookup tool.
Go to this page below and choose the "For Taxpayers" portal.
https://www.sbtpg.com/
On the next screen choose "Check with TPG."
SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above and use SBTPG's refund lookup tool.
