Do you have to wait for your taxes to be accepted first before you have the option for a cash advance on your refund?

Wasn't given option of cash advance like in previous years.

The TurboTax refund advance option for tax year 2023 was discontinued after 02/29/2024

No, the cash advance request must be made prior to e-filing. You'll receive your refund by the method you chose when you filed your return
