Do I need to mail my state taxes if I did not work in 2020?

Hello,

I'm a California resident and I did not work in 2020, however, I did receive unemployment benefits. This year, i have to mail in my taxes. I have them printed out but I was wondering if I needed to mail my state taxes if I did not work.
