Do I need to amend?

I posted this last week but didn't get an answer...I recieved an email stating box 12 of my return was incomplete. I'm certain I filled everything out properly but I guess that's not the case. Apparently there was an issue with TT. Anyway, do I need to amend or should I be alright?

If you forgot to enter Box 12 from your W-2, it may not affect your return, as there several types of compensation and benefits listed in Box 12. You can add your box 12 information intoTurboTax to see if it makes a difference to you taxes.  

To prepare an amended return through TurboTax, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to TurboTax.
2. Scroll down to Your tax return & documents (you may need to select Show), select 2019 and then Amend (change) return.
3. Select Amend using TurboTax Online.
4. Carefully follow the instructions. Don't worry if your refund changes to $0. This is normal on amended returns.
5. When finished, we'll give you instructions for printing and mailing your amended return as amendments can't be e-filed.
