Didnt receive correct refund amount

I have not received correct refund amount. It was 712. 31 short. I called the irs and offset line. Neither myself or my husband's did not have any offsets. I have reached out to the customer service line for turbo tax with no resolves or attempt to resolve this issue. I have reached out to the president of Intuit. They responded and stated that I needed a case number. Could someone please respond and assist me with this matter.

I did not. I also already called the offset line. We do not have any offsets either. Please look further into this. It is so disheartening to know that I have to go through all these steps. Without getting anything resolved.

So I called the offset line as well. Same thing, no offsets noted.

have you gotten your letter from the IRS titled “where did is my payment” (something like that) 

I got mine today, and the IRS says DFAS garnished about $1400 for something. But when we call dfas, they can’t give us any information, other than filing an “injured spouse” form to recoup a portion of the offset….. not a lot of help, but I feel like this may help some of you guys out there.

DFAS is only for military or debts owed to United States Department of Defense. So that does not apply to us.

I know dfas is military…. I was referring to the letter from the IRS in reference to where your payment went
