I was supposed to get $6,973 refund from federal taxes, I have no offsets and have received a deposit from
“TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC” for $3,289.53 I am missing $3,683.47 I did not authorize over 3 thousand dollars in fees, only fee authorized was the filling fee from turbo tax for $159, the IRS website & turbo tax have not been helpful as there is not an available agent to help, I have tried calling all day with no answer. I’m resorting to this thread next, steps will be to take legal action as this Is very disturbing, first time in 5 years of using turbo tax that this has happened.

From the screen you shared, your federal refund is $6257, your NYS refund is $716, a total refund from federal and state is $6973.
If your refund is significantly less than the amount claimed, it is very likely IRS made an adjustment. You should receive a notice from the IRS in the mail explaining the discrepancy.
One possible reason for the adjustment is that you claimed the 3rd stimulus again on your 2021 tax return after you received it last year. This is just one guess.
Most likely the IRS reduced your refund, so SBTPG did not receive the amount shown on your tax return. The IRS might have reduced your refund because you owe back federal tax, or because they found an error in your tax return. (Past-due federal tax is not an offset.) The IRS will send you a letter explaining why they reduced your refund. The letter usually comes two to three weeks after you get the refund. See the following links for more information.
Why is my refund direct-deposit or check lower than the amount in TurboTax?
Why is My Tax Refund Not What I Expected?
I’m also having the same kind of issue here. I was suppose to receive 7,202$ After the changes made from the IRS. I’ve only received 2,311$ which makes no sense to me since Irs already fixed what mistakes I made. What happened to the rest of the money?
What changes did the IRS make to your return?
