Your Turbo Visa Card will be sent to the address that is was on your file when your return was submitted. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to arrive. Also, if you believe you should have received your card by now, please view this link for assistance. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/ or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169 to find out if your card was shipped, and to what address.

Your card from last year is a Turbo Debit Card which is different from the Refund Advance card issued. 

If you are having issues with receiving your Refund Advance, please contact customer support.
