Me either now I see why they have a class action lawsuit.. we may as well jump on that band wagon bc mine is for 12,000 and they just lie and ik more than some of the agents bc I have been calling everyone doing the same thing

Turbo doesnt do checks. They be lying dont listen to alot those agents i finally got a supervisor who told me they've been having issues with this bank this season and I filled out that form as well so hopefully we will all get our coins bc im ready to sue em both for stress my ptsd inconveniences lies and all

There is a 3911 form that you can print out  fill it out fax it or mail it i did both. I will upload the number for faxing for yall if yall dont know it yet

That’s great to know I have called them daily and no one has even mentioned a form to me. So I’m gonna call them again and do that form I guess. Ugh.  Why do they have to mess up so bad.

Supervisor from cross river bank called me.Try to contact one from a different area but he confirmed my money was pending being sent to the irs.its a real hassle. Print out the 3911 form and fax it .I did both. The form is on the irs site and i have shared it on here somewhere.

Did you send the 3911 form. I ve spoken to so many people until I finally got supervisors on the line.if you havent filled out this form do it so you will be a step a head because the irs is trying to stop using paper checks. You can still get your your money direct deposited so update your banking  information on the irs  site and this form as well. I faxed and mailed mine.

I am so upset, just hung up with the irs about form 3911, so basically the lady said , cross river bank or whoever have my money have 90days to respond to the trace but here’s the kicker.. they need to send the money back to the IRS first and then they will reissue another check to the same bank on ya file, which is that bank turbo tax used , cross river .. I’m like this is the whole point of trying to get my money back , why would yall resend it to the same people I am trying to get it from, unless cross river say it is indeed an issue , they would then send it to me personally.. idk know .. this is too much and I am so depressed.. 12k is too much to just say F it
