Corrected 1099-DIV

I received an amended 1099-DIV from Schwab after I already filed and received a refund.

How do I amend the return? When I follow the prompts on Turbotax to amend, it asked what form I need to amend.  1099-DIV isn't on the list, so I select "other forms".  It then takes me to a screen where it appears I have to start my entire return over.

You need to amend your tax return, which is form 1040.
