TurboTax Premier (Desktop)...paid for efile of state return, but was unable to complete the efile due to "IRS data base inconsistency" around the AGI. I have now filed the return with paper, and I am requesting a refund of the charge for the state efile attempt. I have an order number if there is a human available to help me.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
