The IRS has not given TurboTax any official guidance as to when stimulus payments for every taxpayer will be released. As long as you provided your direct deposit information/card information or mailing address information, you will receive the stimulus (as long as you otherwise qualify for it).

It says that I'm eligible I enter my banking information on the 15th of April is it because my return is on hold why I have not received my stimulus check
If the site says you are eligible, you will get it. The are sending out payments over the next few months. The IRS is committed to helping you get your Economic Impact Payment as soon as possible. The payments, also referred to by some as stimulus payments, are automatic for most taxpayers. No further action is needed by taxpayers who filed tax returns in 2018 and 2019 and most seniors and retirees.
Your tax return will not be finished processing until the IRS resumes normal operations, but your tax return being on hold will not prevent you from receiving your stimulus payment. Keep checking the status - these sites are updated daily.
