Can the state of Iowa take your refund if money is owed to a utility company?
TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund. If the state took your refund they will send you a letter explaining what they did.

Can the state of Iowa take your refund if money is owed to a utility company?
I filed a month ago, still no letter. I tracked my State refund and it says a utility company took it. I wasn't aware that a utility company had that much power to attach itself to a state refund.
