Can someone tell me why my tax return says processing on the IRS website but says accepted on turbotax?

Accepted only means the IRS verified some basic info on it so they know it's really from you. After it is Accepted the IRS processes it then approves it before they send the refund.

Once your return has been Accepted for processing, TT receives no further updates.

Yes you will get your refund.  Unless the IRS changes your return for something.  The IRS is taking a long time this year.
