Can not efile 2020

In attempting to efile 2020 I was rejected, TurboTax indicates the AGI was incorrect. I discovered that IRS did not process the return from 2019 despite having a PO certified receipt and cancelled check which was attached to the 2019 return.  I have since sent a duplicate 2019 return with evidence of filing and can not contact IRS to evaluate status.  What do I do about 2019 and efile for 2020??

Can not efile 2020

Since the IRS has not processed the 2019 tax return they will not have your 2019 AGI in their database.

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI to e-file the 2020 federal tax return.

Thank you, but tried that. TurboTax only allows an AGI input or print and mail. 
What next?

If the IRS rejected the e-filed return with a 0 entered for the 2019 AGI then your only other option is to print and mail the tax return.
