Can I get the taxes withheld from 2008 and 2010 from my husband who died 4 months ago?

he was a canadian citizen and worked in the us for about 5 years.

Can I get the taxes withheld from 2008 and 2010 from my husband who died 4 months ago?

Neither the IRS or TT keeps records more than 7 years ... so your only option is to get it from the SS office.

US or Canadian taxes?  US taxes - the time period for filing a claim has long passed. Can't answer about Canadian taxes but there is a Canadian TT forum.
