Go to Wages & Income > Business Expenses and Credits > Other Business Credits > General Business Credits > Business Credits Prepared Outside TurboTax, Continue.
On the next page, 'Any General Business Credits' scroll down the window to Line 1c Credit for Increasing Research Activities Form 6765.
