Can I amend my tax return after making elective deferral (before-tax) contributions to my 403(b)?

I’ve already filed my tax return and have received my refund. However, I’m thinking of making contributions to my traditional 403(b) before the tax deadline. If I do this, will I need to amend my tax return since this will change my taxable income?
