Bad Credit Refund Advance

We were offered to file with a Refund Advance and I've read the pre-qualifications, which we pass, but I wanted to know if anyone was approved through First Century Bank with Subpar credit? 

It is no risk loan for First Century Bank since it's going straight to their account before they credit the prepaid Visa, but I can't find anyone who has mentioned poor credit and whether they were approved or not. 

Where can I find the "Third-party qualifications" because it's not in 'any' of the links on Turbotax FAQ or other articles? Claims it won't affect your credit, but I need to be sure this isn't a credit-based loan because if it is, we won't qualify.
