Amended return

Hi so I filed my 2022 taxes last year they yet  to release them so I got a letter saying it was gonna take another 60 to 90 days to process then another letter came after 90 days same one so I decided to go on turbo tax and look over them and notice I entered income wrong which made my taxes 7560 so i went on turbo  tax and did the proper adjustments for amending and it say I owe 3663 to irs but I still have not received the  taxes from last year which is the ones I’m amending can someone help me understand better will my tax return be the 7560 minus 3663 ???? Or I owe them all together I’m lost

You can't file another 2022 return until whatever original or amended the IRS currently has is completed. You should contact the IRS through the phone numbers on the letters you receive. You should be able to get everything corrected with them.
