After I efiled it says oops there was a problem and my returns haven’t filed, it says pending. So did I make the April 15 deadline??

I'm having the same issue with state taxes.

We’re having the same issue at my house, and even though I was told a few days ago when I spoke with someone on the phone that TurboTax is here “24/7” to help, it turns out that’s incorrect, and it’s too late to speak with anyone. I’ve tried a couple of different phone numbers with the same result. Also, one phone number states they’re available until 5 pm PST, and another says 8 pm PST. The whole issue is very frustrating.
