How do I amend my return

What tax year?  If you mean 2019, stop right now.  You cannot yet amend a 2019 return.  What is the problem?

    I filed but did not have my 1098 form. So I did not clams mortgage taxes. Now I have the 1098 form. Can I amend my taxes.
