Hello,
I need help on what further actions I should take. I was suppose to be eligible for the 3rd stimulus check of 1400 dollars last year but I never received it and I have checked my bank statements as well. TurboTax says I also qualified for it and I did the Recovery Rebate Credit, but the IRS did not include that in my refund and adjusted it for the following reasons:
I did not make a gross income of over $75,000 last year, my social security was correct, and my last name was correct. I am single and I am not a dependent of anyone else. I was eligible but never received it.
What should I do?

If the IRS says you got $1400 last year but you did not receive it you can have it traced.
LOST THIRD STIMULUS CHECK
Even if mine was suppose to be direct deposit?
You are saying that you did not receive the $1400. The IRS is saying that you did receive it. You need to have it traced to see what happened. Or check your own bank account and see if you somehow missed noticing a deposit of $1400 sometime after mid-March last year.
I checked my bank statements from early March to June and the only thing I have from the IRS is my tax refund from 2020. There was no 1400. I did receive the first two stimulus checks; just not the third one.
What do I do?
@dyldriver22 You have been told already to put a trace on the stimulus payment if the IRS says you got it and you say you did not. Please re-read the replies you have received and click the link for tracing a stimulus payment. Or--here it is again.
