2025 Form 8606

2025 Form 8606 is not populating correctly. Subtract line 12 from line 7 in 15a should be zero since both line 12 and line 7 are zero, but 15a is showing $3,500 which makes no sense.

does your 8606 have askerisks next to the amounts, if so the calculations are being done on a separate worksheet
