2023 E filed 1099 NEC forms. Came back rejected, made a correction, refiled then rejected AGAIN! All info is correct. HELP suggestions? HELP PLEASE

The IRS efile system has been acting weird since it started up on the 29th. I would recommend printing the 1096 and 1099s and mailing them in.
