I should have been offer a 8968 form to send along with my 1095 tax credit. I need to fight this Federal taxes.

The Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit will be included with the 2019 tax return that was filed, IF and only IF you entered the Form 1095-A in the TurboTax program before filing.

You will have to amend the 2019 tax return for the Form 8962 and Form 1095-A as requested by the IRS for tax year 2019.
