2019 tax not returned yet. What to do?

Hi,

I got a notice (CP53) on April from IRS saying that "Your refund check will be sent to you by mail." I haven't still got the check. I called them in May and they told me that they already posted my check . Since I hadn't got the check, they told me that I should get it in next 6 weeks. But, I still haven't got the check. What should I do?

Call them again and let them know that you have not received your return. If it was mailed, request that they trace the check.
