1040-X, Line 15 re: Form 8863

On 1040-X, Line 15, I am checking the box Refundable Credits from form 8863.  However, what line(s) on form 8863 pertain here?  Do I add lines 8 and 19 on form 8863?  Or is it just one of these?

It's just one -- only line 8 of Form 8863, Education Credits is refundable.
