Amend federal and particular state from .tax file

How can I amend (using TurboTax Amend) just the federal and a particular state return from a .tax file downloaded from TurboTax online? It includes multiple states and says I need to pay for the additional state, but I don't want to download the additional state return.

Problem was resolved by calling customer support: had to pay and get reimbursed for the additional tax return.
