I received a "Notice of Proposed Assessment" from my state taxes for tax year 2015. I have always used Turbo Tax, how do I protest this, or what are my options? Will TurboTax help me figure this out?

Also, how do I get a copy of my 2015 taxes from turbo tax? I was involved in the 2017 California wildfires and lost everything so I no longer have a hard copy of that year.
You can access your prior year returns using the Documents tab in the navigation.

Thank you for the response. I don't see a navigation or Documents anywhere, are you talking about when I'm signed in online like I am now, correct? Also, that link to the discusses was nice, but it still doesn't answer my question on how to handle it or if Turbo Tax assists with such a thing.
Here is where you can find your documents:
After selecting Documents, you will see this screen,
If you purchased Audit Defense through TurboTax when you prepared your returns, then TurboTax could help you in this matter.
