    What order ?   Did you get an email to update your Advantage account ?

     No, I just paid for my return but I need to clear it and start over but it won’t let me because I already paid for it. I need to stop payment, clear everything out, and start over. Please cancel my order or I’ll have to contact my bank to stop the payment

    Sorry if you paid you can not cancel it or clear and start over.  You have to try to fix what you entered.

    You can go here TurboTax CD/Download Refund Request Form to request a refund of the downloaded program  within 60 days of purchase.

    No one can contact you.  Call in for a Refund.  Type in BILLING ISSUES instead of Refund on the contact form.

    Are you on the Advantage plan?  Maybe you have more than 1 account?   THEN you should cancel one account for next November by signing into your TurboTax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to remove product. Once you remove the recurring product order, the TurboTax Advantage subscription will be cancelled, as well.

    If you are referring to canceling your return that you submitted with TurboTax, you would not be able to do so. After you select Transmit Returns Now, your e-file goes to pending status, where it will stay until it's either been accepted or rejected by the government. For more information about cancelling a pending return, please see the FAQ below:

    @LasanaFof No one in the user forum has the ability to cancel an order for you.  You have to do that yourself.
