No one can contact you.  Call in for a Refund.  Type in BILLING ISSUES instead of Refund on the contact form.

Are you on the Advantage plan?  Maybe you have more than 1 account?   THEN you should cancel one account for next November by signing into your TurboTax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to remove product. Once you remove the recurring product order, the TurboTax Advantage subscription will be cancelled, as well.

If you are referring to canceling your return that you submitted with TurboTax, you would not be able to do so. After you select Transmit Returns Now, your e-file goes to pending status, where it will stay until it's either been accepted or rejected by the government. For more information about cancelling a pending return, please see the FAQ below:

@LasanaFof No one in the user forum has the ability to cancel an order for you.  You have to do that yourself.

If this is for a DOWNLOADED program :  

 

You can go here TurboTax CD/Download Refund Request Form to request a refund if still within 60 days of purchase. 

 

Otherwise : 

 

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

 

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent –
