No one else has access to your account.  If you entered data into the online software you can clear it and abandon the account.

If you submitted a efile from Turbo Tax it should reject if the HR  Block return went though.  But if  the HR Block return rejected then the Turbo Tax return might be the one filed.  Why didn't you know you already filed at HR Block?
