I've been a customer for 15 years. My account has been permanently deactivated, nobody can say why. They suggest I Mail the IRS and ask for a 50 dollar copy of my taxes. Anybody else had this issue?
Any ideas as to a good tax provider?/software?

Who is "they" that suggested that you pay the IRS for a copy of your return? And who said the account was deactivated?
Did you talk to customer support? If you have not talked with customer support, you need to do so.

Are you sure you were looking at the right account?
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
