Pending Status

Hey, can someone help me? I filed my taxes on the 18th  of January 2024. I am using a new TurboTax account this year since I couldn't access my previous TurboTax account. After filing, I got an email from TurboTax that since I am using a new account this year I need to confirm who I am within 48 hours to which my file would remain pending.  I called a number I found for TurboTax online but it's a paid service to talk to an actual person. I also emailed TurboTax with an email I found online. None of the methods I have chosen produced a response. I would appreciate any help in getting my taxes accepted by the IRS.

The IRS will begin to accept/reject returns on January 29.    Watch for an email on or after 1-29 telling you if your return was accepted or rejected.
